About Dr. Farias   Carlos Farias, M.D. of St. Louis Dr. Farias received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio and then moved to Missouri for his post graduate education, Microsurgery fellowship and residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  Dr. Farias spent 2003-2004 as a Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at St. Louis University Hospital & Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.
